Shipping

Cost and delivery time

Shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on your address and the items in your order. You will see them at checkout before you confirm and pay, so there are no surprises.

Order processing

After you place an order, we prepare it for shipment and send you a confirmation. When your order ships, tracking information is shared with you when it is available.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away with your order number.

Delays

Deliveries can occasionally take longer because of carriers, customs or peak seasons. If your order seems late, contact us and we will look into it.

Returns & Exchanges

You can contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you the right instructions.
